Cadre institutionnel de lutte contre la criminalité faunique en RDC : défis et perspectives
Résumé
La RDC, riche en biodiversité, est confrontée à un braconnage effréné menaçant sa faune. Cet article analyse le cadre institutionnel de lutte contre cette criminalité. Il met en évidence les insuffisances du système judiciaire ainsi que le manque de coordination entre les acteurs qui entravent l'efficacité de la lutte contre la criminalité faunique.
Abstract
The DRC, rich in biodiversity, is faced with rampant poaching threatening its wildlife. This article analyzes the institutional framework for combating this crime. It highlights the shortcomings of the judicial system, as well as the lack of coordination between actors, which hampers the effectiveness of the fight against wildlife crime.
