La protection des primates contre le braconnage en droit international et congolais
Résumé
Cet article examine la protection des primates contre le braconnage en République Democratique du Congo, en abrégé RDC, à travers une analyse du droit international et des législations nationales, en mettant l'accent sur les initiatives de conservation, le rôle des États et les collaborations avec les communautés locales. Il souligne l'importance des financements internationaux et des partenariats entre ONG, gouvernements et secteurs privés pour soutenir les actions de protection.
Abstract
This article examines the protection of primates against poaching in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) through an analysis of international law and national legislation, with an emphasis on conservation initiatives, the role of states and collaborations with local communities. It highlights the importance of international funding and partnerships between NGOs, governments and private sectors to support protection actions.
