Le droit pénal des déchets au Cameroun
Résumé
La production importante de déchets, générée par les secteurs industriels, agricoles et urbains, entraîne des coûts élevés pour leur élimination et nuit à l'environnement en provoquant notamment la pollution des sols et de l'air. La législation concernant la gestion des déchets vise à réduire la production de déchets et à limiter leur impact nocif sur l'environnement.
Abstract
The high generation of waste, generated by the industrial, agricultural, and urban sectors, entails high costs for its disposal and harms the environment by causing soil and air pollution, among other things. Legislation on waste management aims to reduce the production of waste and limit its harmful impact on the environment.
