Les juridictions congolaises face à la criminalité faunique : défis et perspectives
Résumé
Malgré l'existence des lois sanctionnant les crimes contre la faune tant au niveau national qu'international ; la justice congolaise marque le pas en restant passive face à cette criminalité florissante, tentaculaire et destructrice. Le recyclage et/ ou la formation des OPJ et APJ sur la question pourrait aider à poursuivre ces délinquants.
Abstract
Despite the existence of laws penalizing crimes against wildlife, both through national laws and international conventions; Congolese justice is marking time by remaining passive in the face of this flourishing, sprawling and destructive crime. Retraining and/or training of OPJ and APJ on the issue could help prosecute these offenders.
